How could we resist?

These are my best friends. This is how they dressed for the Avengers midnight premier.

braiding my thoughts back in intricate knots
just to keep them off of my face
I suppose she’s looking for reasons
much like I ask needless questions
but to me
all that is concealed in a statement
is revealed in a glance
Excerpt from a poem written about me by Sweaty Palms, the Day Dreamer.
I bought a Nikon F5 and a 50mm 1.4 lens. Best purchase I’ve made in some time. I think slowing down the way I shoot is really going to help my photography. I’m excited to shoot film alongside digital.
Caroline Kane did the makeup, duh.
Dear You.
The humming of this computer is a distraction,
but so is the cold outside,
so I’ll try to fight through it.
I have a lot to say, and so do you.
Though both of us stand silent, stagnant.
We create a seemingly tranquil sea, riddled with opening sores, approaching eruption.
I see you.
I do not know if you see me.
But that is not my worry.
I do not need anyone to see me, because I’m beginning to see myself.
I have already been shown my reflection.
My work is already set into motion.
You, however.
You, I do not get the feeling have ever been seen.
Or at the very least, you’ve never caught one looking.
I wanted to tell you, you wouldn’t have to look far to find evidence,
that when I look at you, my face says it all.
It says that
You are beautiful
So stop worrying.
